1) Register on the site and log-in.
2) Fill out the PTO Membership Form to the right. If your user record has been added previously, your address and contact information may already be filled in.  Please make sure it is accurate.

3) Click the "Submit" button to submit the Form.

4) PTO dues are $10 annually. If you wish to pay online for the current school year, please do so at our Online MemberHub Store 
Send check or cash to school with your student in an envelope marked "PTO Membership Dues". 


If you would prefer a paper application, print this PTO Annual Membership Form and return to the school along with payment.
